My wife recently went to have her color fixed, after the colorist did not do the correct job. She and I have been loyal customers for 3 years and have never once complained. When she went to have the issue corrected, the colorist insulted her and made her feel so awful that she left in tears. NEVER has anyone spoken to either of us like this before, especially in a service-oriented business like this. When I tried contacting the colorist, he threatened me. When I tried complaining to the owner, he never returned my calls. NEVER EVER go to this salon again, as they care nothing about their clients. 3 years of loyatly and all we got was a slap in the face. Disgusting!
