I have also visited Bodydeck as I was assured Anne was a very experienced waxer, my friend and I both booked in a day apart and had terrible experiences. I had a xxx bikini and was left bleeding and bruised, my friend was appalled at how rushed the service was and said she was very rough. Anne was rude, arrogant and not very sympathetic to it being my first time. I would strongly advise anyone going to visit this salon not to request Anne as your waxer.

Hi I have just read the previous complaint about Anne, I can not imagine this happening what so ever, Anne is a very profession & friendly person, myself and many of my friends have been going to Bodydeck for the past 4 years and have receive nothing but excellent customer service and a friendly smile, I would highly recommend Ann and Bodydeck to anyone.
