Broadway Theatre (Pitman, Alabama, United States)
I bought 4 tickets at a charity auction donated by the Broadway Theatre in Pitman, NJ. I received a letter saying to call the office to reserve seats and then bring the letter the night of the show. When I called they said to just bring the letter to the show. The man at the box office shook his head and said "we don't know if this has been redeemed." I'm wanting to take my kids to see Annie, for god's sake, not trying to rip off a theatre! Shook his head and closed his eyes. I asked why donate tickets to a charity and then create ill will with customers. My kids are sad, andI can't complain until Monday. My son was in their summer theater program. Really so pissed, will not go there again.
