I purchased a nappy online from the website, was sent the wrong one. I sent a return request and emailed to ask what my options were. Eventually received a reply after a few days, saying I could return it which I have done. It has now been over a week and I am still waiting for a refund or replacement and my emails are being ignored completely. No replies have been received although I email daily all week.
