Budget Domestic Cleaning

I first made contact on with Micheal via email on Monday, February 11, 2008 12:14 PM.
After more communication by email he asked that I ring and confirm on the attached phone number to arrange cleaning of our property prior to settlement on the 18th march 2008.
It was decided that Monday 17th at 9pm would be our booking.
At approx 9.20 on the 17th I called to see if they were still coming only to be told “oh we have been trying to call you” (they apparently had the wrong number) there had been a big flood night before and all there vans were called out, could we reschedule for tomorrow.
I asked what time as both my husband and me work full time and had already taken time off for original appointment.
As we were working out a time she asked where we were situated again and if we had used their service before, I said no she then proceeded to say that we were located out of their area, when I asked does that mean you wont be doing it at all she said yes.
I found her to be very unprofessional and would not wish this situation on others especially the day before settlement.
