I went in the Morley Branch one evening and was greeted by a blonde gestapo who told me " We're closing" (It was 6.49 PM). After assuring her that I would be quick she let me in.
I then asked a staff member to help me (He was very helpful) and as he was helping me the same lady who wouldn"t let me in anounced that it was 7 PM and the store was closing.
I asked the gentleman what time he thought it was and he answered 6 minutes to 7.
I was under the impression that Bunnings closes at 7 PM not 6.49 PM???
This is very unprofessional and is going against what you spend millions of dollars advertising on T.V.
