My friend and I had dinner at this restaurant and the food was really good, the customer service seemed to be ok and we were having a good time. When we decided to go up and pay we noticed a sign on the register that said "we do not split the bill" so we thought oh ok well seeing as there is only two of us we will just half the price as I was paying on card and my friend was paying cash....the cashier said that she would not split the bill but she would put $45.00 of the total price on the card and that the rest could be payed on cash...so when the total amount came to $56.00 it wasn't really half. My friend asked the cashier if we could use there calculator to work out the difference and she snapped back " no you can not have my calculator" and we were both like "ok" so we ended up paying cash and she said to us "I feel a bit of tension between us but we will get over that" and I said "Yeah we will" as we were about to leave she said to us "there was only $1.50 difference between our meals and that if we needed a calculator to work that out then" where she mummbled the rest.....as we were about to walk out the door I said to her "We are the customers and I think that you should treat us a little bit better" WELL doesn't she need to clean her ears out....."the cashier started yelling at me "Have you tasted Shit before??? Do you like to eat shit???" and I looked at her in disgust and said "excuse me" as she continued to yell it out to me...(I was horrified) we asked to speak to the manager and she said "I am the manager" So we said well can we speak to someone higher?" and she said "I am as high as it goes...do I need to call security??" and we were like "no, I dont think you need to do that" we left that restaurant in disgust and very dissapointed we were both regulars there cause the food was always good....I have rang back twice since the incident happened (2 weeks ago) and they keep ignoring me and wont contact me back.....
It is a disgrace to have customer service as bad as that....I didn't appreciate being asked if I like to eat Sh*t and I will keep ringing until someone does something about it.
