Cheap As Chips (Victoria, Australia)

On 22 Feb. 07 we had our carpets steam cleaned and paid an extra $80 to remove stubborn stains (totalling $200). A week and a half later the stains returned. It wasn't until 13 March that I called Cheap As Chips to complain. The customer service girl basically said bad luck, there is a one week guarantee that I have missed out on. Nowhere does any of my paperwork say 7 day guarantee. In fact it states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. After speaking with the manager Peter, besides being rude, all he did was question why I left it "half a month" to call, and accused me of just wanting my carpets cleaned again. I'm not complaining about the men who actually did the cleaning, they were very friendly, helpful and cooperative. As for the results and complaint process... very, very disappointing.
