i was just calling because i needed to get some information and for some reason seems like the guy didn't wake up in a good mood or something but i've been calling different stores and i got the same response from all of them.they keep pn giving me answers like we don't know ma'am here's the number that you can call.the other one just simply hang up the phone on me like there was no reason for me to be bothering him...where has customer service gone? i mean good customer service...where do all people come from? how come they don't have respect for the people that they are supoused to be working for.
In December 2003 I bought three phones from Cingular Wireless as a gift for my family. Two of the phones were flip phones that had $100 rebates on each one of them. I recieved a rebate on one of them and kept waiting for another one to show up. In February I recieved a letter from Cingular Wireless telling me that one of the IMEI numbers that are required for the rebate was wrong. And all the paperwork was filled in the forms by the Cingular representative that I bought the phones from. So I corrected the number and faxed it back to Cingular. Two months later I called them again because I still didn't recieve my money. I was told at the customer service that they never recieved my fax and so I had to fax it again. Waited another month or so, called again, they told me that that IMEI number was wrong and I already recieved the rebate for that phone. So it was my other phone's IMEI number. I corrected it in the form again, and faxed it back to them again. Waited 5 more weeks and called them back again. They told me that the rebate has already expired. So basicly I got ripped off by Cingular. They can pull the information out of their system about my phone calls through all these months but they still keep telling me that my rebate has expired. How is that possible if I have submitted all the paperwork to them three times??? So this is my bad experience with bad customer service.
