City Pacific Hotel (Wollongong, Western Australia, Australia)
April 2004, me and my friends checked in to City Pacific hotel in Wollongong. But the service is as bad as the hotel. The hotel smells so bad and the people at the reception are very rude specially a particular old man.
This old man is so rude that he constantly telling us off on how noisy we were even though we werent noisy anymore. We stopped talking and laughing as soon as they told us to be quiet. We even left the hotel to party at the club to satisfy them. The service is unacceptable and very rude. We ended up checking in at Novehotel because we could not stand the inconvenience in that City Pacific Hotel. I will never ever go back to that hotel ever again!!!
