City of Angels ( Toronto, Canada)
I bought a shirt from this store (Queen St. West location) and noticed the logo was crooked when I got home. The manager, as well as the buyer, claimed that it was supposed to be this way, even though I found a picture of the same shirt with a straight logo on the internet. The manager was very rude. I spoke to another manager at the Warehouse and he was very unhelpful as well. They refused to refund this defective product. Definately one of the WORST customer services experiences I've ever had!!!!!!!
