I bought a sofa and loveseat that was supposed to be delivered on a certain date, but they had problems with their shipper. To make a long story short, I still don't have my furniture and it's been three weeks. Customer service has not be responsive and not willing to work with me about delivery. The other problem I have with them is the bedroom suite I bought from them. One of the bed slats that holds the mattress is to short and is not connected to the bedframe. I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past month and they have yet to do anything about or offer any options.
