This company has no customer service. They require a telephone number and email to even put in an order. After two weeks no one had contacted me so I called them. The first person I spoke with told me over half of the order wasn't available but I could select other items and call back. When I called back the two ppl I spoke with refused to add to the order and said a refund would be mailed - great so now they have 200 of my money and nothing. I put in another order online, required that I pay again tying up another 200 and double paying shipping. Both orders required the highest shipping payment. No two ppl could agree on what was happening and when asked for a supervisor I was immediately disconnected.
