THEY LOST MY MONEY, TWICE!!!!! 1st time: I deposited my weekly pay cheque, to find a few days later it was still not in my account. Talked to a customer service rep there, (very unhelpful about it all), told me she would look into an call me. About a week later i get a call to say she has found my money, it was deposited in the wrong account. BUT, the lady continues to COMPLAIN TO ME ABOUT WHAT A HASSLE IT WAS FOR HER TOO FIND MY MONEY!?!?! What the?!?! HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT THE BANK LOST MY MONEY!?!? Isnt it THEIR JOB to keep my money safe?! 2nd time: Yes, it happened all over again!! They lost my deposited money AGAIN!!! Just can't believe the staff had the cheek to complain to me that i had generated sooo much work for her??!!
My pay went into my account as always on the Saturday morning, but for some reason I am unable to access my funds in anyway... causing major problems for me and my children. And as they do not provide customer service on the phone, we are now in deep until they open again on Monday...
