THEY LOST MY MONEY, TWICE!!!!!
1st time: I deposited my weekly pay cheque, to find a few days later it was still not in my account. Talked to a customer service rep there, (very unhelpful about it all), told me she would look into an call me. About a week later i get a call to say she has found my money, it was deposited in the wrong account. BUT, the lady continues to COMPLAIN TO ME ABOUT WHAT A HASSLE IT WAS FOR HER TOO FIND MY MONEY!?!?! What the?!?! HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT THE BANK LOST MY MONEY!?!? Isnt it THEIR JOB to keep my money safe?!
2nd time: Yes, it happened all over again!! They lost my deposited money AGAIN!!!
Just can't believe the staff had the cheek to complain to me that i had generated sooo much work for her??!!

Applied for a credit card, Commonwealth bank somehow issued it in my mum's name!! Even though i filled in all the forms in my name and using my financial details!!! As i needed the card ASAP b4 i left for overseas, the Bank Rep tells me to "just sign the back of the card and hope that they don't check the name on the front of the card". (Is this legal?).
If this ever happens to you, don't do it, because i got heavily questioned about the differing name and signature at duty free!
This happened at the Heidelberg Branch or the Commbank, there is something wrong with the staff here!
