FRAUD
I had ordered a Imate jaq phone and it was through the offer from sbi card(www.sbicardoffer.com). My order no. is 130025167. The order was placed to the online shopping company Deals4all (Compact International ). In the features, 1.3 megapixel camera phone was shown in your website. But there is not camera in this phone. I had already talk to your representatives Newton, Pritam & Zunaid about this & requested them to reverse pickup my phone & refund the amount back to my credit card. After that the phone was reverse picked up by your courier company AFL.
After few days, again the phone was delivered to my address. This is really harassing. Now this is my humble rquest that you please reverse pickup the phone & refund the money back to my credit card account. Otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer court.
