The worst customer service form any company I've ever had to deal with. I Purchased my Split System Airconditionor and paid $800.00 for it on the 29/01/2008 + $650.00 to have it installed (If I had of knowen this site existed back then I don't think I would have purchased it). My Aircon has an intermitten fault occaisonaly the compressor seems to stop even though the compressor light remains on, and the fan keeps turning. Sometimes it wont eaven turn on, sometimes if it does work it will only work for a couple of minutes. If it does work It cools the place down beautifully. The thermometer on the head unit doesent work proply I've been sitting in the lounge room freezing cold having to turn off the aircon and the temperature reads 25c when it's actially around 19c-20c or maybe cooler I have called the "customer service hotline" I sware there is no one there. I've left many messages now I call I get the message "the voice mail box you have called is full please try again later good buy" I contacted another number a got a sales person well I got excited I found a person untill she said I'm sorry this is the sales section you will have to ring the 1300 number. All I want is the number to an authorised service technition here in perth. Now I've got a big flat spot on my head from bang it against the wall!

purchased 2 conia lcd televisions, one worked fine the other didnt work at all on taking it from the box so I rang the store of purchase & was told to contact Conia direct & so it started this was 2 months ago & the tv was sent to a registered repair agent & since that point I have not been able to contact Conia or the agent by phone or email as there has been no reply or response at all, what do you do !!!
I strongly recommend any person considering buying thier products to think twice as warranty back up is an itegral part of any business & if these guys cant get it right they are not worth dealing with.
Conia really is a con !!!!
