A layby was made but there were no terms and conditions either written on the docket/receipt or given as a separate document. Not only do they refuse to refund the money, but they have been abusive on the phone when I enquired about the refund (yelling), left me waiting on the end of the line for more than 15 minutes (on mobile rates), did not ring back when they said they would, and threatened to call the police if I ring their store again. I told them that Dept Fair Trading said I am entitled to my money back.
