In Septem 05 I started a small recycled furniture business. In december I bought and signed a 2 year contract on a business plan and mobile from crazy johns. The phone stopped working in january. When I took it to be repaired they told me that this phone has problems quite often, some blab about software connections not working, so they sold me this phone knowing that there was a good chance that it would break. They have now had the phone for 6 weeks, they could not give me a replacement phone in that time as they didnt have any, so i have been left without a business phone all this time. I am expected to pay the $120.00 per month fee that i am locked into in the contract, but have not had the phone. THE PHONE IS NOT FIXABLE and they are going to give me a replacement of the same phone, that could well break again, because of the software problems. After repeatedly contacting crazy johns who took absolutely no responsibility at all, they told me that maybe there would be one here for me next wednesday, but that is not definite. They have lost me many customers as that number was printed on my business card and they just keep telling me the same old rubbish time after time after time. I will never deal with this company again and will tell as many people as i can about this experience.
