Crinitis ( New South Wales, Australia)
I went to Crinitis restaurant recently in Parramatta i ordered a lasagna which had apparently had no meat in it (just cheese and lasagna sheets! yuck!) When I complained about it to the manager, they very rudely told me there was nothing they could do, and they didn't even offer me a refund or replacement meal! I ended up wasted $19 on a meal they couldn't even cook properly and I was really angry!
