Crossing Book Club ( washington, United States of America)
The Crossing Book club sent my name to a creditor for $55.00 worth of books that I did not receive. I attempted to resolve the issue with the company by phone and and state I sent the books back through the mail as requested. I did not order the books requested but made the effort to resolve the issue. I canceled my membership, and in return they are trying to ruin my credit.
