Bought a jumper, took it home, put it on - too small. the size on the jumper was not the size on the tag. Back to shop, The woman ( refues to tell me the name) behind the counter said the tag is for totally different item which it "way cheaper" than the item I bought - suggesting I should keep the wrong size item as I got a bargain. I did not want to do so insist have it changed to my size or refound.
What I complaint today is not about this.
When she trid to pass me the paper and pen to leave me name, she threw them to me, I had a look at her, she took them back then used two hand to pass them to me again - therefore it showed she knew she was rude. During the investigating about returning item, she said she could smell something from the item, I could not help thinking she is refering I stink which I donot. When I asked her name she refuesed to tell me and at same time suggesting maybe she can do something about the returning item now - there I could not help to think again that my suggestion about lodge a compliant did some trick. I kindly declined.
This is not all I complaint today.
I called CUE customer service to lodge a compliant, a lady took the phone call told me before I lodge a compliant that the woman in the shop called her, and she seemed "very distraught", the company is proving counselling to her.

What about me? the very very distraught customer?
