As reported by other customers I send my freight with discountfreight (registered name: Ozepost, Also known under the names: Global Postal Solution, lightentheload, ezishipping, ozdiscountfreight, BoomerangShipping, BakPakFreight, mysurplusbaggage, checkinbaggage, budgetfreight, easyshipping, globalps, discountfreightonline, shipithome) and the drama began. After my freight did not arrive when 4 months had passed I tried to conntact the company, filled in a tracking enquiry as the provided tracking number proved to be useless.... No useful answers from the company! Only unfriendlyness or no reply. So I contacted the Office of Faire Trading in NSW and as they could not help I went to a hearing at the tribunal in which the owner of the company Mr Philip Abadee only said that he had no idea and anyway it would be all my fault as I misspelled the street name....I really wander how this can result in a total loss of track of freight!!! Especially the only misspelling was a letter too much that no post office would have a problem with!!! Unfortunately the tribunal could not help because they realized at the hearing that it was not in their jurisdiction as the freight had been sent from Victoria. So now I am waiting for an other hearing at VCAT in Victoria. Philip pretended to want to help me only to start attacking me for using my right of free speech and telling me lies about when or where my freight was. Than he pretended to never have seen my freight or money and tried to pay me money to shut up. Since I told him "no way!", he tried to frighten me by telling me that he would accuse me at VCAT....I have no clue for what!? He is the person who is committing a crime! What he is doing is fraud! We paid him to do a job, thinking that he would respect and look after our belongings and what is he doing ...he merrily takes the money but he doesn't care about providing what we paid for!
