Despite phoning 1 month before my 3 month contract ended, Dodo advised me that they had no record of my call & wanted another 3 months worth of subscription. They REFUSED to close my account until I paid for another 3 months in advance & told me that they would keep billing my account & the amount would keep accumulating & after 12 months they would cancel the account, place it in the hands of a credit agency & also make an adverse entry aganist my name with the Credit Reference Association. Do you keep a record of every phone call you make? & I certainly don't take a recording! How do I prove to them that I called?
Take a book if you try & ring them because you'll be waiting a LONG time, & then get told to ring another number, & then another number, & then .....
I'm paying the money as I have a perfect credit record & do not want it besmirched by such an arrogant organisation.
Just type "Dodo complaint" into Google ...... I'm not the only who's been bitten by Dodo ......... Please take my advice & avoid them like the plague.

I have tried without success to get a simcard from them....everytime i rang them they would say it has been sorted out...after waiting 2 months i rang back and cancelled it..they assured me the money would be put back into my account,,,,2 weeks later and nothing...rang them again and they said they had no record of any cancellation......NO WONDER THE DODO WENT EXTINCT
