This internet provider required me to be on a three month payment cycle and did not offer a shorter one. When I was not happy with their service (I had problems logging on) and wanted to cancel they told me I had to wait the three months. I told them I wished the service to be cancelled at the end of the three months but they did not do it. I let it go that second three months but then they upped the charge so I emailed them, got no reply, as had been the case with all other emails I had sent previously, so I thought I'd cancel. I phoned them, but because Iam now just into the third three months they won't cancel until April, and have already charged me for that period.
They do not notify when a bill is due, as they insist you pay by direct debit. They do not reply to emails, phone service is also bad.
During the call to them today I asked to speak to the supervisor but was not allowed to (was told he was on the phone)and he has not rung back as I requested.
