DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOMAYNE NORTH RYDE NSW 2113. Once they have your money the customer service goes straight out the window. I paid & ordered a Oliveri sink ($638) from Domayne on a Sunday to be told order will be put in on Monday it will only take 2-3 days to come in, received no phone call so i rang 5 days later to be told that it has not come in & would i like someone to call me to inform me about the problem, so i said yes. 8 days from order still no one call, so i rang Tasman Sinkware who make the Oliveri sinks to ask them if they had a supply problem, the very helpful lady from Tasman said no problems your type of sink we have plenty in stock, we ship to Domayne Weds & Fri (by the way Tasman make an EXCELLENT product), so finaly after 11 days with no phone calls from Domayne i rang back to be told NO then YES its at the warehouse (hi to the guys in the warehouse who have to put up with customer complaints because of the clowns in sales ) . I try my best to buy products in my local area, but this is one store we can do without, i won`t return & i will make sure my friends/family & workmates 4000 odd don`t too. Domayne clean up your act or get out of my suburb!

Bad customer service, Domayne Warrawong (Wollongong). I recently went to Domayne Warrawong to look at getting an Apple MacBook Pro. I knew a fair bit about the Mac's since I work with them through my department at work. I noticed that the display model was the previous model, as a new one had come out a few weeks before. My partner really wanted this laptop, so we waited to ask the Apple department professional for some information. He was with a client, so we waited. In the meantime, other people came to look at computers and ipods in the department. They would get served by other sales assistants which would ignore us. We waited 40 minutes and did not get served. Two other groups of people got served and left with their purchases. The Apple guy then came over towards us and greeted us finally while he was finishing up with the other client. He asked what we were after (the demonstrator model) and insisted that it was in fact the new model and that no discount was in place. When we stated that it was the old specifications, he said it was a more expensive laptop and that it would be the same price as the old one AFTER the discount. We also inquired about payment plans, he stated abruptly that he knew nothing about them and that we should ask at the front counter. Previous to this we purchased a reverse cycle portable air conditioner on recommendation from air conditioning professional. The device did not put out cold air. We went through a long proccess and even contacted consumer affairs, they made us take it back, they tested it and decided it worked to their satisfaction and that we were lying because we didnt like the air conditioner. So we are waiting for summer time to sell it because they wont return or exchange it. Thanks again Domayne. I am in the market for a washing machine and I will not be coming to shop with you.

I ordered a lounge on the 29th October 2006 and was told it would be take 4-6 weeks. I have rung them 4 times now and they are telling me it will be delivered prior to Christamas being the 20th December. This has taken 8 weeks and have got no help from Domayne at Belrose.
