You sure can claim your av lab speakers! If the sign clearly stated "With all ipod purchases" and there was no disclaimer then go for it! But you usally find there is a small disclaimer on the bottom! Or an appolgy on the counter! Big stores dont usally make mistakes but If they do its covered! Bedsides that every retailer has the right to withdraw the product from sale even if there is a problem anyway! So disregard the first and dont bother!

I am really disappointed with the manger of Domayne Campbelltown.. Today ( 11.03.07) I purchased two ipods from the store which was the old model. Near every ipod, they put the advertised slip : Bony! AV Labs speaker Dock with every ipod purchase, Domayne
I asked for those. the staff was ready to give it me.. but the manager refused to give it, although it clearly state " with every ipod purchase'.
I am so disappointed with their service.
Can anything be done????
