Environ Pools were a nightmare to deal with. They do not respond to emails or phone calls, and conviently have a paid answering service. I have been trying to get my lights fixed for 6 months to no avail.
During the building phase they were 6 months late on the completion of the pool, I advised Bob the owner, many times about the lack of proactive communication from his company, but absolutely no change to their ;ack of communication.

Notes: Father and Son business
- Start and completion times completely wrong (2 months longer than the longest estimate)
- Additional high costs were demanded for minor modifications to pool location (75cm move to avoid sewer pipe cost thousands), additional hot water return pipe from roof cost hundreds, one additional fence gate cost hundreds.
- No pool cover provided (Matt disputed delivery and could not provide any paper work to prove it was sent/lost)
- Water provided was filthy and required 7 days straight cleaning and liters of chemicals to clean. Pool filter cartridge was destroyed while trying to clear the water. This cost over hundred dollars to replace. Matt refused to assist or cover the replacement
- Excess concrete was dumped on site and never cleaned up.
- Garden beds 10 meters away from the pool area were destroyed and not replaced or repaired
- Chipped pool tiles were not repaired.

MANY more problems too many to list.

Beware of the Father and Son (Doug and Matt) both extremely aggressive and abusive. On two occasions my wife was yelled at by Matt and on several occasions by Doug over the phone. They are completely dishonest and unprofessional.

VERY disappointed customer. Currently seeking legal advice (and QBSA) to pursue Environ and recover costs of repairs and replacements. The satisfaction guarantee is an absolute hoax. I have never had to go through so much stress ever before. NIGHTMARE
