So I went into Family Dollar this afternoon to grab some stuff, I had a $5 store coupon the women behind the register did not want to honer When I asked her why?? and told her that they had done it before (and it was a coupon from there store) the women got upset with me and started to give me a serious attitude to which I still was very descent to her, when i did not want to be at all! even the people behind me were like wtf??? when me and my mother told her she did not need to give us an attitude the way she was that that was very poor customer service she really tried to tell me we were being belligerent because we simply asked why they honored it the other day and not today.... mind you at this point i had already swiped my debit card and was just waiting for my receipt when the women behind the register grabs my bag which my mother was hanging onto and it rips in half my stuff going everywhere and try's to tell us we need to leave the store and we were not taking our stuff... by this time yes i was pissed and so were the people behind us in line... now may i just add the cashiers name was Kristina and she is a bitch!!! I will never shop at Family Dollar again and would just like to let everyone know what kind of customer service to expect when you ask a question in this store....
