I just recieved my bill from optus for my telephone + internet services and it read that my bill was 100 dollars more than what it usually is. It was because of my internet usage where optus charges me 15 cents for every mb i use over 2000 mb of my internet usage. It read that i used 650 megabytes more than my allowed usage and they had charged me 100 dollars.
I did not use this much internet as i had turned off my modem at 2000mb so i do not use any more internet usage. On the last day of my billing period it read that i had used 15 megabytes over the usage. I had started using my internet when it said my internet when my billing period had started over. I do not know where optus had gotten the 650 megabytes from, is there anyway that i can complain about this problem.
