Bought a faulty product with a warranty stated on packaged, returned it to the store, they had no idea but sent it for testing...

3 months later i have contacted them many times.

finally got a call to say come in for a refund

went to the store, the front desk went to type in the plu, it didn't come up, rang the manager, tried again.. another manager came down and said i was NOT getting a refund, who cares that the manager said i could to ring the department that was testing it GOODBYE..

so yep goodbye kmart and the money i spend in there every week, not to mention christmas shopping, birthday shopping...etc...
