I have had to deal with Pandora Wedding & Christening Specialists in Oakleigh on a number of occasions and from my personal experiece their customer service is absolutely appauling. This happens every single time I deal with them and have heard similar stories by many others I know.
Whenever I go to pick up my goods, they either forget my order completely and don't have it ready, or don't order what I need in time which results in some delay. I've even started lieing about my event dates being earlier, just so I have a bit of leeway in receiving my goods on time. When I call and leave messages they never ever get back to me which forces me to make numerous trips into the store just so I can receive some sort of customer service. Although their range is extensive, I'm at the point where I'd rather give my hard earned cash to an establishment that I feel deserves it.
