DO NOT USE THIS COMPANIES SERVICE! THEY ACCEPT YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT SUPPLY A SERVICE! On April 26, 2007, I applied online to renew my licence for one of my vehicles. I paid the fees that were due, e-mailed and faxed all required documentation and started my wait. Since then, and mails on 2 May, 4 May, 15 May, 21 May, 28 May, 5 June, 28 June, 10 July, 13 July, and still now (30 July) I have had NO customer service or response as to what has happened. They have not supplied me with a licence renewal. They have my money, they now read my e-mails but don't bother responding. They never phone back when I leave messages. These people are not honest. I would recommend to stay away as far as you can. These people need to go out of business and understand that you cannot treat customers like this. It is pathetic! I am considering lodging a complaint with the police, because I consider this to be fraud and theft, but I know that the police probably will do absolutely nothing!
