I booked a ticket 2 months in advance, I got my boarding ticket 3 hours before departure, 25 mintues before the plane left they said that they had a baggage issue, 5 mintues before the plane left they asked me to leave the aircraft, as I walked off the air craft someone else walked on, they had lied about what the issue was, they had overbooked and just decide to throw someone off, I email them and their customer servie reply was (Yes get this it would take them 25 working days to get back to me), its now 3 months and I still do not have an answer, my suggestion is to fly Virgin, cheers Dennis. Do not trust anything that Qantas says it all lies.

It is great to see that after more than a month from my complaint that Qantas still have not bothered to acknowledge my existence, next flight is booked with malaysian Airlines, Business Class!

$10,000 business class ticket

Luggage was lost both ways, entertainment system did not work on flight from Melb - Los Angeles and my reserved seat assignment in top deck on the return flight was changed to a center seat (business class fare) downstairs next to the galley.

Three months later a $200 voucher was received and incorrect letter of apology received. Again off a $10,000 ticket.

Have flown United, Cathay and Virgin Blue flights since.

i am disapointed because my wife has to have gluten free food,our travel agent and ourselves we notified qantas well in advance of my wifes reqirements. but to our disapointment again,this did not happen.on the return flight to melbourne qf134 the same happened again,but they came up with a plate of lettuce and green olives,is this supposed to be a gluten free meal,i dont think so.
my wife did not eat this as she does not like olives.this is not good enough.
also the service was terrible as it took the stewards one @ quarter hours to collect our trays.the seats were terrible,too cramped-no room.
last year we flew to canada and back to australia, same problem with food again.
how do we get to you people about our requirements. we have spoken to a lot of your people at qantas, and they tell us that this happens a lot. they put it down to the cateres. maybe you should change your cateres if they dont take notice of requirements coming in. we are very disapointed with qantas. i hope that you respond to my complaint, as we do travel overseas frequently.

I would like to bring to your kind attention about the worst treatment by qantas flight and crew.
I have ordered vegetarian meals as a pure vegetarian and eating meat his against sentiments and religious belief . Firstly I was informed that I haven't ordered vegetarian meals. After begging they showed me list which clearly shows my name on list otherwise, forced to eat meat which is against my will and conscious. Every one was served and again crew member came to me and say sorry we don't have meal and I requested something else vegetarian. She brings pasta again after some time, which contains pork (I think its understood by qantas vegetarian means no Meat). I request for ice cream again and they told me it will be served later and it was never served as I was on toilet. My light was on for calling customer service but it took more than 15 mins and I have to get their attention while passing through my seats.

I have been given $50 coupon gift voucher for my suffering in flight and visiting card to complaint and informed gift will be posted as they have closed their orders on flight.(They also give me book which contains details of item and price and ask to keep my ticket). I was shocked when Ms. Jessica(customer care) told me I cant get anything out of that voucher unless I travel by qantas which I told clearly that I will not be traveling qantas for return trip in plane or forcing me to travel again.

I think quanta's instead of resolving they are putting salt on my wounds. I have traveled all the way from warrnambool which is four hours from melbourne and again at airport two hours before and at the end when everyone was served food I feel as if I was mocked in the plane and again giving coupon in a mockery( as it is of no use) and they are least bothered about customer service/issues.

Please look into the matter and resolve the issue I would like to know in writing why" drama was created with me in the flight" and insulted in flight in front of all peoples.
