Quigly and Escobar Financial Services (Lakewood, New Jersey, United States)
Accountant that did my taxes made two mistakes - one I caught before I sent them in and one the IRS caught and cost me a penalty. We all make mistakes but when I called the company to point this out I was treated very rudely, hung up on, and spoken to like I was a criminal.
I was promised a partial rebate of the fee I paid but have yet to receive it. Each time I call and calmly state my purpose I get the same rude treatment - usually by Mr. Escobar's wife!
This is no way to run a business. I will NEVER use this company's service again, and strongly recommend you think twice as well.
