So this is a complaint of the richmond taxi service. I took a cab from my home to a coffee shop with taxi driver 87. I arrive at the coffee shop and needed to make a phone call looking for the person i was to have a appointment with. This was while I just ordered a regular coffee 2 mins going into the coffee shop. So i called the cab company back, asking to have the cabbie return. They said hes already on another trip. So i called my phone, hoping the driver would answer it. So it rung fine the first time. I heard 5 rings no answer. no one got my phone. I called back to the dispatch. they say cabbie can't find your phone. (Of course they can't find ur $1000 phone.) 10 min later phone doesn't ring no more.) hmm.... Good service... way to go.. I will never ride richmond taxi again.
