I want to make a complaint about Rafi's Gelati in Camberwell about its employment scam. I applied for its vacancy and I was asked to train in the shop for 3 hours. After a month of waiting for the reply, the employer told me that a relevant certificate is required. The employer should have told me this before asking me for the training. I believe they just want to take advantage of free staff. Many wihtout certificate were asked to go there for training as well and not hired in the end. I know it is common to ask someone for training to decide whether or not they are suitable, but this case is different because he intended to hire someone with certificate and he never ever mention that. He should have rejected all those people without certificate right away. May I know to whom I should make this complaint? Which government department would take action on this matter?
