A small group of us went to Ranford Thai on 01/08/2009 for dinner. We received absolutely no service and were asked NEVER to return!! We ordered drinks and waited 25 minutes for our drinks, after requesting them to bring them out. We also ordered our entree's and waited 25 minutes for these to be brought forth. We then waited another 25 minutes for the main courses. The menu provided was clearly not correct. For a stir-fry meal, we got lettuce! Finally, we went up to pay, they said their EFTPOS machine wasn't working. The lady demanded I go use the ATM around the corner. When I returned, they handed me $6 worth of 50cent pieces. I asked if they had any gold coins, to which she told me never to return. I assure you, I have never remained calmer in my life and I've never been more pleasant. We received NO service and I was gob-smacked by being told never to return.
