Recently my card was stolen. I reported it immediately to card services. There were fraudulent charges already made to my account. These were in the "pending" stage. I was assured they would not be posted...and I would not be charged. This was NOT the case. They posted and I was told by customer service it was my responsibility to contact the merchants that accepted my stolen card to attempt to get my money back I had no information on these merchants. I found this unacceptable. All my efforts to customer service were a complete waste of time. I closed my account ...and lost the hard earned money.
