I have been going to Red Rooster at Cannon Hill for a while now and have had always had average service (what do you expect from High School kids) there. There is two incedents that have really ticked me off about this business. Last year, just before Christmas, I went there with my Daughter to get dinner and employees were having a good old time out the back, but not doing there job making burgers. We waited about 20-25 mins for our meal, before another customer pulled a side the duty manager and teared strips out of her about the poor quality of the staff and also how untidy the inside was. The second incident was yesterday (Friday 7:00PM) when I went to get dinner after a long day and I placed my order at the voice box and waited 10min, before I got to the window. Once I got there, the girl stuck her head out and said "We have run out of chicken, sorry" I couldn't believe and went somewhere else for dinner. The service has always been poor at this store and I'm not going back again to piss poor service, plus the food is never always that great. What would you expect from a Coles/Myer group company.
