This Cinema has disappointed my on several occasions. First it doesnt release films on their release date but delays them for up to 6 weeks and then sometimes they confirm a film is to be release on a certian day only to change the date and put it back longer. Also they dont show all films that are released. They have 7 screens but are somehow unable to show everything that is released. So of the films they choose not to show are receiving great reviews and are very popular in the melb cinemas. Ballarat is a regional area and this is the only cinema in the city so they have a monoply on the movie business. In future i will wait to see everything on DVD or see it in Melb on principal. When you contact their marketing manager she give no explanation to their decisions and is very rude in her replys to your questions.
