Taken SIM card & mobil phone from company's authorized dealer. The scheme committed was free calls to Reliance network all over India @ Rs. 2300/- for one year. Now the service has been discontinued after 4 month of my purchase. On enquiry, I am being told that the scheme is no more valid and money can't be refunded. No proper response from customer care as well as authorized dealer.
