Dear Manager This is an official complaint about your company ' MOVE-N-IT' and your services. Never had I encountered such rude and un pleasant people in my life. I will never use your company again and I will make sure that anyone I know will never use you either. Your office people (kathrin) are rude and dishonest. Your movers are drunks and I suspect they use drugs. That is the only explanation I can come up with after I was verbally abused by them. As a single woman I felt unsafe with them, they kept looking at me and speaking foreign language. Making comments and laughing. When I asked them what are they laughing about the short guy told me it’s none of my business. I called your office to complain but was told that “I should leave them to work and not get on their nerves”. They put a heavy desk on top of the fish tank and when I made a comment about it I was told not to “piss them off”. I then called a male friend because I was quite frankly scared. My friend and I tried to help because it took them forever but were not allowed. My friend insisted and your employee almost hit him. I then instructed them to take everything out of the truck because I didn’t want to continue with the move. Your guy were violent… they took everything out of the truck and dumped it on the nature strip. It took us, me and the friend less than 1 hour to put it back in, your guys took forever. My goods are damaged and I now have to pay a penalty because I did not evacuate the property on time. Shame on you and your services.
