Corporate America is becoming more like the US congress every day, paying less attention to the people who pay the bills (the constituents and the customer) than to their own agenda. Customer Service is a lost concept. If you find someone who is good at this skill, hang onto them and promote them. When you find someone who is not good at this, work to get them out of your life. We have the power to boycott those who display poor customer service and the vote to send the representatives home in the next election. My way of thinking tells me we have a lot of hard work ahead to remove the businesses and the elected officials who don't understand who is paying the bills. If we don't accomplish removal of these cancers on the American way with peaceful means (the boycott and the vote), we will see the day when only civil uprise will get our country back.
