I recently purchased a HD Television, microwave and Westinghouse Fridge from Retravision Nerang. The TV had a big scratch and smudge mark in the corner and the Fridge only dispensed water intermittently. After calling the store, we were told to contact Westinghouse regarding the Fridge (that's a whole other story) and bring the TV (all 50kgs of it) back it to the store. Upon taking the TV back in to the store, whilst waiting to be served I happen to notice that all the TV's on the shop floor had large orange stickers on the same corner that the mark was on my TV. When served, I explained this to the sales person and pointed out that my (supposibly) brand new TV would appear to off the shop floor. He comes out looks at the TV, then gets the Manager to look at it. Finally he agrees to replace it and after waiting for 4 weeks for the first TV and another 2 for the second it finally arrives. And after taking off the packaging I notice a large hole in the speaker. Back to retravision the TV goes for a third one!
