Rise and Shine ( Victoria, Australia)
Bought a mattress from Rise and Shine. They delivered the mattress and the delivery men dragged the box across the floor boards resulting in the staples from the box to scratch the floorboards. Even took photos with time and date stamp on it Spoke to the VIC State manager to complain and he was agressive and denied that the staples in the box could ever cause the scratching. He also stated that it could never be proved. Based on my experience, you should be VERY careful with this organisation as any complaint appears to be met with denial rather than professionalism. Would recommend you shop elsewhere. I will never shop there again. plenty of other alternatives and not worth the risk!!
