Roadster Convertables ( Queensland, Australia)

On the 5th December 2005, I paid $650 for the hire of a SAAB convertable for 5 days. On the 25th January, I went to collect the vehicle and the company was closed down. On the 24th February, I lodged a claim with my bank (30 days after not receiving the goods) only to find that this company had charged a further $1000 to my credit card on the 14th December. I urge any other people that have been affected by this company to take action as I understand this not an isolated case.
