All I can say is that the salesman at Ron Bennett Chatswood is an embarassment to the company. He is dishonest, very aggressive, speaks in his own European language to his colleague but clearly said the word 'stupid' in english when my fiance walked into the store to look for grooms and groomsmen's suits for our wedding, My fiance just wanted to look before trying suits on as he wanted to pick out the colours he preferred but when he told the salesman this, when the salesman asked for his size, he was virtually spat at and told 'No, you don't know what you're looking for! And you can't just look, you have to try different suits on to know what you want, you don't want my help? Don't bother looking then!'. And with that, all within the first 2 minutes of being in the store, we just walked out, infact the irratic behaviour of this guy scared us. This salesman was clearly aggitated by having customers in the store, he was clearly only interested in pushing a sales onto us as he wanted to know my fiance's size without even giving him the option to just look, and his behaviour was not only rude but aggressive as he snatched away one suit my fiance had taken off the rack to have a look at and acted pre-occupied with aggressively straightening all the suits on the nearby rack while he spoke rudely. The ego of this man is beyond belief and he is clearly not customer focused. I ask why these sorts of people represent good companies with reputation built on years of experience. All I can say is thank you for ruining our experience. Thank God other vendors in Chatswood were MUCH MUCH nicer
