I also dealt with Roy Weston, but we dealt with the Kwinana branch, and i have to say I have never dealt with a more unproffessioanl group of people in my life. Every thing "Wasnt their problem" or "they didnt have the time to deal with this". This is no way to run a business. When we left the premises my brother received a letter from them that was down right unprofessional and personally attacking my brother about nothing to do with the rental property. We got all our bond back, we did everything that was required and always paid rent on time. Whats the problem? Never EVER deal with this company if you can help it.

Roy Weston Bicton tried to rip us off by taking 2/3 of our bond money. We had been waiting around 5 weeks to get are bond back when we decided to contact Roy Weston to enquire about it.They tried to charge us $300 for a small chip in a wall stating that they had to "colour match " the paint. On top of that we were charged $180 dollars for cleaning even though we had the house professionally cleaned and presented the reciept to Roy Weston. Roy weston never bothered to contact us to tell us their was a problem and that they had put their cleaners in to clean the property. The charge for the chip in the wall was reduced to $60 after some negotiation. ( us threstening to take them to court)However the cleaning costs stayed even though the agent who did the final inspection had left shortly after and they could not tell me how many days after the lease expiry the inspection was done..Roy weston also tried to charge us for repairs to a cracked rangehood after we had previously reported the problem a month before. A week after we recieved the cheque for the bond we recieved a breach of lease agreement even though the lease had expired 2 months earlier and we were now living in our own home. The whole process of getting our bond back was an arduous one with the agent being unco-operative, ill informed and down right rude.
