Sandwich Heaven ( New South Wales, Australia)
I went to Sandwich Heaven at Winston Hills mall to get veggie sandwich with added cheese. When i went home however, i discovered that the girl who had served me forgot to put the cheese that had requested in my sandwich (despite that fact that I politely told her THREE TIMES i wanted cheese in my sandwich!!!) When I rang up the place and complained it, the manager rudely laughed at me and told me he would just give me a refund for the added cheese I requested and not a free sandwich. I couldn't believe they were too tight to replace my sandwich, which they didn't even make properly nor did I enjoy. I haven't been back to this place since.
